Project ManagerBy using skills from a decade of classroom teaching as well as two master's degrees, I am able to plan and organize multiple steps of a project. I can manage members of a team in many ways, including keeping them on a desired timeline of events. My teaching experience has helped me hone the skills needed for project management like staying within a designated budget and identifying and overcoming barriers.

TrainerI am comfortable training adults in a variety of subject matter. Some presentation highlights include, Teaching for Artistic Behavior, a choice-based approach to art education, at the Nebraska Art Teacher Association Fall Conference. I've also presented a new set of formal observation standards to the teaching staff at my school and lead a yearly professional development session to an audience of approximately 40 teachers.
